Our experience with Hardwood Floors Outlet was outstanding. All salespersons and admin personnel were polite and professional in every way. Extremely helpful both in relation to products available and our particular use of them. Kevin came to our home to measure off and give us an estimate of how much flooring we would need and the cost. Roy came to our home to determine if our substrate was satisfactory for the flooring we had chosen. No charge for either of these services. Pr'ice and quality of our floor choice was excellent and looks great. Can't say enough positive about this business and the service we received.

After working with them to make a selection I wouldn't have purchased anywhere else. They were a lot of help and honest about everything.

The floors are beautiful and the installation was perfect. Between two of the boards there wasn't any color. So we called and asked for someone to come and rectify this. Roy said he would look at the schedule and call back, never happened. We called Kevin two times, no one ever called back. " disappointed "

Great bunch to work with...choose to install myself and they provided the right materials and suggestions to get my first hardwood DIY job done. Will certainly check back with these guys when the next flooring project comes up.

Kevin McIntyre at Hardwood Floor Outlet was incredibly professional to deal with. The project went smoothly from start to finish and came out beautiful. The staff was very respectful. They left the site clean at the end of each day. Every detail came out perfect. We sadly had to move, but it was the floor that the buyers fell in love with. We would highly recommend Kevin McIntyre and The Hardwood Floor Outlet to anyone looking for a hardwood floor and a professional installation.

They installed our hardwood floors and did an excellent job at a great price. Mike was very helpful and kept in contact throughout the process. Their work was excellent and they finished in less time than quoted. I highly recommend these guys!
