I don't like giving bad reviews because anyone can have a bad day. In this situation, that is not the case. A few years ago I purchased carpet for my upstairs living space from Carpet Den. The carpet was great, the installation was less than positive. I liked the sales person so I dealt with it. Recently, I had water damage and had to replace part of the carpet. I was told it would be no problem to replace and match. Same sales person. They replaced the carpet and it does not feel the same. I told the store manager. She sent, what I was first told was an independent person, only to find out it was the manufacturer rep for the carpet! We still did not feel it was the same., even though he said it was. We had others look and some real estate agents who said they replaced it with cheap "look alike" builder quality carpet. I called the general manager as the first manager told me to do. He asked to have a sample of the old and new carpet...it was given. He said the manufacturer would have to be honest in comparing the two. I have called the store, the manger, the store installer and NO ONE will return my calls. They were also told that my husband just suddenly passed away and I don't need this drama on top of everything else. They don't care. The salesman quit the company citing ethical disagreements...I now get it. They also placed flooring in a neighbors home who had installation problems with them and will never recommend them either. This behavior from a "family" business who cares about their reputation, as I was told...this is intolerable. The least they can do is call me back. Maybe they will now. PS...if this is posted, it is only because I changed the stars to a positive it would not go through with what I really checked

We were given a price 20% below the competition. The installation was very professional with good clean up.

A great selection of all floor coverings types and manufactures..not just carpet. A quiet showroom, but the sales staff can be a bit pushy I cannot comment on price yet, but 8f you are in Franklin and lookingfor floor coverings you need to at least give this one a chance

My previous review was negative as I was disappointed with the original work done on 8/4/19. Then Carpet Den did contact me to see what they could do to make sure I was happy with their service. Brad from Carpet Den came by today 09/05/19, and relaid the LVT flooring in the master bathroom that I was unhappy with. I had also had new carpet put in a few rooms, and on the stairs. Brad fixed the stairs where the tack strips were poking up. He also pulled up the carpet in areas that the floor squeaked and fixed the floors from squeaking. Then he relaid the carpet. Brad did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him and I am now a very satisfied customer with Carpet Den! I am happy to leave a positive review when a business follows through to do good work for their customers. Happy and appreciative in Franklin, TN

Exceptional customer service and professional install staff!!

My entire experience was a great one!! Traci was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The installation was less than a week after my quote and the install team was punctual, nice, and worked cleanly and quickly. I highly recommend them!

Carper Den is professional, quick, and reasonably priced! They were able to match our existing hardwood perfectly to install in other areas of our house. Their installers were on time, got right to work, and were very detailed oriented. We are extremely happy with our final product and would reccomend them to everybody.

Brittni at Carpet & Den Interiors is amazing! She did a fabulous job at making my shopping, selections and finance experience the best possible! I never had to worry through the whole process! Their installation team is the bomb and very good at what they do! I felt well taken care of and will for sure be back on the next redo!

Great customer service from David Lewis! I went into Carpet Den to find some carpet to replace a stairway. David Lewis was extremely helpful and made the experience a breeze for me. I will definitely be back!

Great job refinishing existing hardwood! Gave us detailed steps of the process and kept us informed of the daily progress even sending us pictures. Prices very reasonable and competitive. Very pleased.

Flawless job. The store had plenty of samples to choose from, and let us take samples home to view them with our lighting. Got a prompt response when we asked for someone to measure and give us an estimate. We were able to agree on an installation date. The workers called before arriving each day, and were always on time. They were very careful with our furnishings, and they worked hard to keep the construction dust and debris to a minimum. The job was completed earlier than promised, and the result is fantastic. No problems whatsoever, and the installed product is magnificent.

Caye and I have been building speculative and custom homes in the Nashville area for over 23 years. We have never worked with anyone more knowledgable and responsive to our customer's needs then Pam Schmidt at Carpet Den in Cool Springs. When we call to set up an appointment for a customer, Pam takes over that whole segment of the project. She personally comes out and measures every room, assists in colors and selection, monitors orders to make sure we get the product when w...e need it and the installation is scheduled when we need it. Just a few days ago we referred a close friend to Pam. Last night she said that she and Pam had been in communication and she could not be happier with the attention she was getting. Best pricing & service After several trips to Home Depot looking for carpet for my new home, I decided to check out Carpet Den. I figured their pricing would be too expensive and unaffordable. As I was looking through various samples, Traci McCormick offered her assistance. I explained I wanted a nice grade carpet- one that could still look even once it's weathered by kids, pets & natural wear and tear. Traci came over to my home a few days later to help my husband & I decide one what would be a good fit and work with our budget. I appreciated her desire to help us find the perfect fit and she never once tried to oversell us on anything- so refreshing! I highly recommend Carpet Den! Ask for Traci.

I was expecting Carpet Den to be very expensive because they are in Franklin and because their showroom is so nice. I have to say I was really surprised when I had the sales lady come to my house and give me an estimate. I had a couple of other places out to give me quote (including Empire which was OUTRAGEOUS), and when all was said and done I was pleased to see that Carpet Den was very reasonable and offered a lot more choices. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and also really helpful when it came to picking colors. The installers were very nice and did a super job. They cleaned up after themselves and the job went without a hitch. Definitely give Carpet Den a call.

Carpet Den is great! I was hesitant to try them thinking they would be too expensive based on their location - after pricing carpet at other stores and not being satisfied with the price or quality of service I decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Traci McCormick was great to work with and was so helpful in finding just the right product for me. The installers were great to work with and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for carpet or flooring.
