October 2013 The Pochan Family Elco Flooring just finished the installation of our Teragen Bamboo Hardwood floors in our dining room, living room and kitchen. From Christine's knowledge and patience with us to select the flooring to the installment crews professional, timely completion and clean up, it was a pleasurable experience. Elco is a very good company and I would recommend them definitely! Ron, the owner, will work with the customer to ensure they are happy. It appears to be a family run business and they are hard workers with affordable pricing. We have been very happy with their work! I never heard of them before we had work done, but was very happy the way that they stood by me - relentlessly- when one of the grout companies needed to come in and make things right- Ron ensured that not only did they do this, but required them to provide us with a lifetime guarantee... now that's customer service!!!! He, since then, I don't think that he continued with the grout company because he only accepts the best vendors. Thank you. I would highly recommend this company.
