The crew finished the installation of laminate in our LR, DR, and hall today. We couldn’t be happier. The entire process from purchase with our salesman Randy to the installation with Paul and his crew. Was painless. Everyone involved was knowledgeable about the product and very professional.

We had our carpet replaced upstairs with Buckingham Cottonwood with Mohawk Smart Cushion pad. The carpet and pad are terrific. Paul and the installation crew did a very good job with a tough installation due to the floor plan. The crew went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done right. Went to Flooring Galaxy looking for carpet for one room. Had several needs that this carpet needed to accommodate. Having never been to the store, our first impression upon walking in was WOW. Unbelievable selection, and not only in carpet but in many flooring options. Spoke to Terry, laying out exactly what I was looking for. He listened, asking a few questions for clarity, then pointed me to several options, finally landing on one that suited our needs perfectly. After taking home a selection of samples to determine what color we wanted, I had several questions about how to install the product myself, for which Terry took plenty of time to explain and make sure I understood what I needed to do. Couldn’t be happier with the service or the product. Have already recommended them to a friend, and certainly will again when anyone is looking for flooring.

I needed just one box of tile and they made sure I had it within 3 hours, even though they did not have this color in stock, Thanks what great service.

I had a couple of area rugs that did not fit my rooms when I moved, so I brought them into the flooring galaxy and they custom cut and rebound these rugs so I could use them again. They promised one week and had them ready within three days.

I did not realize that the flooring galaxy sold more than carpet, but when I went in I seen a great selection of tile, carpet squares and luxury vinyl flooring what a nice surprise with excellent customer service.

I just had a 2-day flooring job done through Flooring Galaxy. It took awhile to get from original bid to signing the contract (my fault), but they started the work within a week and did a great professional job. The 'labor force' were 2 really nice guys who were flexible and helpful with keeping my 2 dogs out of the area that was being worked on...they had to tear up 2 layers of vinyl sheet flooring & the subfloor and then put down a new subfloor and nice vinyl tile that looks like slate...they even laid the tile on the diaginal (for a small additional charge)...I now have a beautiful new floor that I Love, a vast improvement!!!
