Franklin Maldonado, the operations manager, came to our home first to listen to what we wanted in price, quality and color. He then measured our rooms, and provided advice on the best carpet and padding options to meet our requirements. As it turns out, we didn't need to replace all of the carpet! He offered their carpet stretching service for a couple of rooms. That saved us quite a bit of money. He provided a very reasonable estimate for the total job and suggested we come to the A+ showroom for additional options.
We arrived at the show room the next morning and were warmly greeted by the sales staff. We met with the sales manager, Rosemary Angeli, who took great care of us. She made us feel extremely welcome. She provided additional product and pricing options that were excellent. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just information and education on which color, carpet and padding options met our needs. We selected a great package and made arrangements for installation.
Rosemary then introduced us to the owner, Eric Rome. He was very friendly and engaging. He wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied.
On installation day, the team arrived on time and went right to work. They replaced carpet and padding in all 4 bedrooms, walk in closets, hallway and staircase. The installation turned out excellent! They took great pride in their work. They then stretched the living room and dining room carpet. It looks brand new! They cleaned up everything and thoroughly vacuumed all carpeted areas. All work was completed in less than a day.
We received a follow up call from Franklin to ensure we were completely satisfied.
