I was seeking professional help to re-due 4 rooms in my upstairs. I had builder grade carpet before and I wanted something nicer that would last for years . I met Pearl at All About Floors, she was wonderful. She taught me alot about carpet choices and what would be the best carpet for my busy home and lifestyle. I have a pet and we discussed what was the best carpet for easy clean up of mishaps. She picked out a wonder selection of colors. She asked about the colors of my exiting furnishing and my style and wall colors . She picked several colors and styles of carpet for me to choose from . She also showed me different price points of carpet and we discussed the differences of each. I felt she was very educated about the product lines she carried , which made me feel comfortable. We then moved to the padding and we chose a great padding. I only realized that after the carpet was installed how important the padding was ,it is so soft and easy to walk on it feels wonderful at the end of a busy work day. We then moved to the check out counter and we settled on a installation date. She then explained that the carpet would be cut in the warehouse to fit .We set a time and date for the measure to be done, the carpet was cut at warehouse before it was brought to my home. This was wonderful since the rooms were just painted and no marks or scraps are left on trim or walls after installation. The installers where polite and pleasant and did a super job, they cleaned everything up and vacuumed before they left. This was the best experience I ever had with flooring installation. About All Floors did a fantastic job with a major project for us. We had old wall-to-wall carpet removed and Mohawk laminate flooring installed in 3 large rooms. We also had stair work done. We were looking for a bathroom and a laundry room floor. We happened to see their website. We decided to check them out after looking at floors at Home Depot, Lowe’s, Floor and Decor, Avalon and one other store in King of Prussia. These guys were amazing! They helped us right as we got in the door, asking what we needed and pointed us in the right direction. They never left us and were very patient, unlike every store mentioned above. From the first moment I walked in the door I felt like I was dealing with the best. They know what they are talking about. The we have the manager of installation , Don.... he is fabulous to work with. He has many great years of experience, and it showed. I told him how great his installers were. My house was not easy and they were also professional, and great at what they do ..my carpet looks awesome. I got the Karastan silk threads and I couldn’t be more pleased . The owners and installers are fantastic. After lots of work designing a custom master bathroom, the owners helped us select gorgeous tile and lay the floor in a striking pattern to really make our bathroom shine. Our master shower has white glossy subway tile laid so expertly and straight, it brings a tear to my eyes. When we did the walk through and saw one of the tiles in the shower had been damaged by someone drilling through an adjacent closet, the installers from About All Tiles came and repaired the defect so well you can't even tell anything were damaged to begin with. Highly recommend this service.
