We had water in our basement from rain and snow melt this spring. Certi-Dry did a great job getting both our carpeted office area, and laundry room area, cleaned up and dried out. I would definitely recommend them.

Late one night, I found water had flooded half of the finished basement. After being told by several of the national remediation companies that they couldn’t help, I Googled Madison area water damage remediation companies, and I found Certi-Dry. I’m so glad I did. I called at 9:00 PM and spoke to Brian. Brain and his team were on-site by 11:00 PM and started to tear out carpet pad and sucking up the water. They were also able to locate the source of the water and instructed me to turn off the well pump to stop the water from coming in. By 2:30 AM, they had sucked up the standing water, removed the ruined carpet pad and had put floor fans and a dehumidifier in place. Without Brian and his team’s help, the entire basement would have been flooded. Certi-Dry technicians visited every other day to ensure the basement was drying properly. Every Certi-Dry employee that visited, was professional and knowledgeable. If you ever need a remediation company, I highly recommend Certi-Dry.

We have used Crown Flooring for many years. We have worked closely with Bob for all of our flooring needs in our rentals and home. His knowledge base is excellent. Whenever we have an issue at a rental all we need to do is call and get things started to resolve the problem. We trust Bob's recommendations and choices for color and type of flooring. We are so pleased with our new floor! We checked at several stores and Crown was able to give us the best price AND the quickest install. Both Bob, the salesperson, and Heladio and Marco, our installers, were courteous and professional; our installers vacuumed the floor before beginning on both install days and after they were finished, so no mess for me to clean up! I will definitely use Crown flooring again!

Dave and his team were very communicative with me and treated the project like a partnership. I have a very busy schedule and they worked with me on that. I had a custom epoxy floor installed which, each piece is unique. Dave was present at the time of the coloring to ensure it had the look I was striving for. All touch-ups near the end were completed to my satisfaction. It was very important to Dave that my expectations were met, and they were...well within the estimate provided at the start of the project. I never felt like a scam was being played. In fact these are down-to-earth people who were on their hands and knees working hard on my floor, just so I could have the end product I desired. With a project this unique, there needs to be a reasonable give and take. Dave was on point with communicating and never lost sight of what we first discussed for the project final expectation. Highly recommend.
