Good Morning Sarah, My records show that Bobbie came to your home on Tuesday 10/16 at 3:30 pm and then emailed your quote to you on Friday 10/19 at 10am. After your call, letting her know that you did not receive the estimate, she resent to you. We apologize for the email glitch with our computer system. We always strive to maintain a 5 star customer service experience. We always call clients when we initially email their quote , to eliminate this frustration.
